Peyton Manning spotted at Tennessee basketball, matches 'Orange Out' theme

Tennessee football legend Peyton Manning is back in Knoxville.

The Pro Football Hall of Famer was spotted in the stands during pregame warmups as the No. 22 Vols (20-8, 10-5 SEC) hosts No. 18 Alabama (21-7, 11-4) at Food City Center on Feb. 28 (6 p.m. ET, ESPN).

Manning was briefly shown on the videoboard and received applause from the Tennessee crowd. The former Vols quarterback joined the "Orange Out" theme with a bright orange vest with the Tennessee logo.

Manning, the first overall pick in the 1998 NFL Draft, still holds Tennessee football records for the most passing touchdowns and passing yards. A two-time Super Bowl champion, he spent 13 years with the Indianapolis Colts, then finished his career with a four-year stint with the Denver Broncos.
