The Philadelphia Cycling Classic is set to return next month, a decade after its last race, bringing renewed excitement to one of the city's most recognizable sporting traditions.
"It's going to be the iconic Manayunk Wall, Lemon Hill. People coming out from the entire community, fun for the whole family and some of the best cyclists in the world tackling the wall 14 times," said Robert Flexon, CEO of UGI Corporation.

Eagles defensive end and twotime Super Bowl champion Brandon Graham helped kick off the festivities.
"We're always looking for a celebration; I'm happy they brought something back. That was definitely something that was big," he said.
AmeriGas, the event's sponsor, is supporting the race and the community by assembling bikes for Big Brothers Big Sisters Independence.
"Seventy-three bikes built and donated to Big Brothers Big Sisters across the country," said Katheryn Fernandez, CEO of Big Brothers Big Sisters Independence.
Former Mayor Michael Nutter and his partners formed Race Street to bring the event back.
"Philadelphians appreciate the athletic ability, the grittiness, the stick-to-it that these athletes have. We cheer them on and give them the support they need," said Nutter.
The city is expected to turn out in force to cheer on competitors along the course.
For those unable to attend in person, the race will be broadcast exclusively on 6abc, both on air and streaming.
