PLATTSBURGH — The top three players on the Peru golf team continued to stand out Monday.

Patrick Clark was medalist with a 36, Cooper Sweeney added a 37 and Liam Clark a 38 to lead the Nighthawks to a 5.5-.5 CVAC victory over Moriah.

The No. 1 match was halved, 37-37, between Sweeney and Vikings' standout Silas Reeder.

“Our top three golfers have been very consistent all year and continue to play well,” Peru coach Ryon O'Connell said.

“Riley (Zielinski) had a good round (43) as our No. 4 man while Steve (Santor) and Paxton (Akin, 49) keep getting better each time out.”

No. 1- Sweeney (PCS) halved with S. Reeder, 37-37.

No. 2- L. Clark (PCS) def. Spring, 38-44.

No. 3- P. Clark (PCS) def. Demarais, 36-54.

No. 4- Zielinski (PCS) def. Mero, 43-51.

No. 5- Santor (PCS) def. L. Reeder, 54-59.

No. 6- Akin (PCS) def. French, 49-61.

PLATTSBURGH — Jacques Gervich carded a 44 to help give the Hornets their win over the Spartans.

Thaddeus Lemos and Tyler Adams also won matches for PHS while Noah Terry (46) and Eric Glover won for Saranac.

The Hornets' Jack Studley and the Spartans' Jason Mather (46-46) halved their No. 2 match.

Seton Catholic's Jack Trombley carded a 39 for the low score of the day.

No. 1- Gervich (PHS) def. Fraser, 44-46.

No. 2- Studley (PHS halved with Mather, 46-46.

No. 3- Terry (SCS) def. Luck, 46-DQ.

No. 4- Glover (SCS) def. J. Lemos, 50-57.

No. 5- T. Lemos (PHS) def. Vaughn, 52-58.

No. 6- Adams (PHS) def. Dumas, 61-62.

Seton Catholic golfers- Trombley, 39; Hines, 47, Leary, 55.

MVACKEENE 6CROWN POINT 0

KEENE — Sam Crowl was medalist on the day with a 35 to power the Beavers past the Panthers.

Asa Sprague, Peter Robjent, Sylvan Linton, Brody Harrell and Charlie Stringer also won their matches for Keene.

Jared Kimball carded the low score for Crown Point with a 46.
