A few injuries have forced the Carolina Panthers to make some adjustments ahead of their regular-season finale.
Here, as released on Tuesday, is the team's initial depth chart for their massive Week 18 showdown with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers:
The inside linebacker position underwent a change, following the season-ending shoulder injury to second-year starter Trevin Wallace. Claudin Cherelus, who made the start in place of Wallace in the Week 17 loss to the Seattle Seahawks, has been moved up to the first-string spot.
Cherelus' status for Saturday, however, is in question—as he was listed as a non-participant from Tuesday's walkthrough.
Simmons, after being signed to the active roster last weekend, was placed into the second-string block at safety. The former eighth overall pick jumps Richardson, who has been a healthy scratch since Week 15.
