I didn't know Panda Express was really considered chinese food, lol (J/K!) I grew up near Chinatown in NYC so I'm picky about my chinese food.

Best chinese food I've found is Hong Kong Rest. on Dobson/Southern (just north of Southern). They have a huge menu and everything I've tried is very good (mostly cantonese/schezuan).

Also pretty good is C-FU Gourmet on Warner/Dobson; more mandarin dishes.

I loved Chen Wok when I lived on the west side. Haven't really found a great place now that I live in Chandler which is crazy considering I live down the street from Lee Lee's market.

Red Dragon isn't too bad.
