Packers rookie minicamp roster in 2026 includes tryout for WR Chase Claypool

Matt LaFleur and the Green Bay Packers held the first rookie minicamp practice in Green Bay on Friday. The two-day camp will help prepare the rookies and other young players on the roster for the rest of the offseason workout program.

The roster for the camp is 38 players: six draft picks, 10 undrafted free agents, nine tryout players and 13 returning players. All 38 players are either true rookies or first-year players by accrued seasons.

Among the tryout players participating Friday are veteran wide receiver Chase Claypool, a five-year NFL veteran, and offensive lineman Dain Walter, a standout for UW-La Crosse.
