Cromartie and Foote have been more than adequate filling in for our loss of strength at ILB with the absence of Washington and Dansby, and Tommy Kelly has held up admirably in the loss of Dockett... in some aspects, the defense is even better than last year and that is a tribute to Bowles and the front office

They have really stepped up and made an impact on the D. All these role players Keim brings in are high character guys and it shows.

I am overall happy with the play of Cromartie for the Cardinals. But on one of J. Bell's longer runs today Cromartie had contain on the outside edge and when Bell cut inside of him, instead of closing down and making an attempt to tackle Bell short of the line of scrimmage, Cromartie did one of his famous "ole" tackles. Bell ended up going for about 17, I think, and a first down.

Foote has been outstanding!!!
