N’Keal is cool, but his lack of separation & top-end speed really bothers me. Also a raw route-runner. Don’t think he’ll be a bust, just not worthy of a top 20 selection.

White is inconsistent at processing & needs to get better at fighting off blocks. He’s worth a 1st round selection, but he’s not Luke Keuchly.

Our team will succeed or fail based on our strengthening our lines in the next year or two. Our O Line has been an injured and shallow trainwreck the past few years, and the D Line is utterly pedestrian and scares no one. Nkdemiche is starting to develop, everyone else is a body in the interior line. I'd love N'Keal Harry but not with pick #3 overall.

Literally the only thing Fitz at Pitt & N’Keal had in common was lack of top end speed. Fitz was definitely a better route runner & at separation coming out of college.

Also, are you really considering taking N’Keal in the top 5?

He had 133 tackles last year. His instincts are pretty damn good lol.

Yeah 133 in college is pretty damn crazy.

I know what you mean he's considered by far the best ILB in the country by anyone who knows anything about football but hey you think he sucks so that's it I guess

His stats are as good as any linebacker coming out in the last 10 years. He's the leader of that LSU defense and by all accounts a football genius oh and considered a great guy. But yeah he sucks.

Cards will probably be drafting 5-10 range so we will probably miss out on Williams, Oliver or Bosa. He's the next up on defense

minter was very good at lsu
a couple of ILB's who did some good things coming from LSu is kwon alexander

and dion jones, but both are more a 4/3 olb

Trade down. I’d be happy with a guard ( plus a f/a) a big Wr ( plus a f/a) and a real TE. Trading down should allow us to acquire 3 picks in the first two rounds. Done right and this offense improves big time.

Even if N'Keal is more Mike Evans than Dez Bryant, he isn't worth a top 10 pick.

Re: White. If you want an ILB so bad, better to trade down and take him. Personally, I believe our needs on the OL is greater, and the talent at DL is better.

The real question will be in round 2 where we will be weighing adding LBs vs RG/RT vs WR. FA will go a ways in addressing this debate, but I don't see WR or RG/RT being addressed by the draft. Unless you want to give Tyrell Williams or John Brown 8 mil per year.
