Why? Those other half are mostly projected to be the playoff teams. What doesn’t seem right about projected playoff teams being on national TV more than non projected playoff teams?
We will be in the playoffs. There is no reason to believe that we won't be better than last season. Last I checked, we were in the playoffs last season. Don't believe everything you read. The so called experts were wrong last season and they'll be wrong again.

NBA teams with the lowest amount of nationally televised primetime games next season:

Pacers: 11
Trail Blazers: 11
Hawks: 10
Suns: 9
Clippers: 8
Magic: 8
Raptors: 7
Hornets: 6
Jazz: 6
Wizards: 6
Bulls: 3
Bucks: 2
Grizzlies: 2
Kings: 2
Nets: 2
Pelicans: 2

This stuff doesn't matter much. They flex games in and out. If we're good, games will get picked up in the 2nd half, if we suck, we don't deserve more.

I don't recall how many we had at the start of last year but I'd expect it was much less.

Yeah… we barely got in the playoffs and then got humiliated worse than anyone other team that made the playoffs. And have been projected to miss the playoffs this year. This the reason we’re not getting a lot of national TV games.

And that may be the case but NBA TV schedule makers aren’t populating their primetime schedule by going against popular opinion, especially for a team that barely squeaked into the playoffs and then got roundly destroyed once they got there.

I believe we win at least 50 games this season but I don't think I'd push back against anyone suggesting we might not win 30. We have no idea how healthy this group will be nor how well they'll fit together. I wouldn't say we have an elite group but we are very deep. And it remains to be seen whether that will be our strength or our downfall this year as we probably have at least 12 players expecting to see the court regularly. We had great chemistry most of last year, we'll have to see if that's true again this season.

The Suns had the 7th seed before the play-in. Often with chances to move to a higher seed. And the Lakers got beat just as soundly by OKC. In fact, they lost by more per game than we did. I'm not going to argue with you, Cheese. I get it. You think the Suns suck. Enjoy.
