Here goes nothing.
trade rumors, police blotters, cuts, retirements everything else will go here.

The Akron Beacon Journal's Steve Doerschuk reports the Browns' interest in Bucs DT Gerald McCoy remains "ongoing."
McCoy, who has $13 million left on the final year of his contract, has been shopped "hard" by the Bucs throughout the offseason to no avail. Rather than outright releasing the disgruntled 31-year-old, it's possible Tampa Bay addresses a need via a player-for-player swap for Cleveland's Duke Johnson (who's owed $14.8 million over the next three seasons). As it stands, the Bucs' backfield post-draft remains 2016 UDFA Peyton Barber, 2018 second-rounder Ronald Jones, 2018 UDFA and special teams standout Shaun Wilson, and oft-injured 30-year-old Andre Ellington.
Falcons released RG Brandon Fusco.
This transaction saves the team $3,293,750 against the cap. Fusco joined the Falcons on a three-year, $12.75 million contract last year and started the team's first seven regular season games before suffering a season-ending ankle injury against the Giants in Week 7. Atlanta was more than capable of moving on after inking James Carpenter, Jamon Brown and Adam Gettis in free agency, not to mention using the No. 14 overall pick on OG Chris Lindstrom. Fusco will likely battle for a reserve role in camp elsewhere.

Former Oakland Raiders and Seattle Seahawks kicker Sebastian Janikowski is set to retire after an 18-year career.
Janikowski spent 17 seasons with Oakland before kicking last season with Seattle after signing a one-year deal. Janikowski's agent, Paul Healy, confirmed to The Associated Press on Monday that his client intends to retire. Janikowski, 41, told ESPN over the weekend he didn't believe his body could handle kicking in the NFL anymore.
The Raiders took Janikowski with the 17th overall pick in the 2000 draft out of Florida State. Nicknamed "Seabass," Janikowski converted 80.4% of his field goal attempts during his career, including a career long of 63 yards during the 2011 season, the only time he was selected for the Pro Bowl. The kick at the time matched the NFL record for longest field goal made.
Chris Tomasson @christomasson The #Vikings are not expected to pick up the fifth-year option for wide receiver Laquon Treadwell by Friday's deadline. The option on Treadwell for the 2020 season is for $10.162 million.

Big #Redskins nugget: Joe Theismann says Dwayne Haskins has decided that he wants to wear No. 7. Theismann has given permission to the rookie QB to do so. Told us he just talked to him on the phone.
