The Cincinnati Bengals’ defensive line may need to learn the Sexy Dexy dance, if Orlando Brown Jr. gets his way.

During an April 13 appearance on the "Up & Adams" show with Kay Adams, the Bengals offensive tackle was asked if he’d like to see the team make a trade for New York Giants nose tackle Dexter Lawrence.

Brown admitted he “doesn’t have all the answers,” but made it clear he believes Lawrence − better known as Sexy Dexy − would be a game‑changer for the team.

"Dexter Lawrence is a baller, and, I mean, I think he'd be even more of a baller in orange and black," Brown said. "I think he'd be great. He definitely would make our football team better. And to be honest, it's not a lot of teams he wouldn't make better. He's a special talent."

Lawrence is famous for his viral Sexy Dexy celebration, and Bengals wide receiver Tee Higgins even broke out the dance during the 2026 Pro Bowl.

According to Pro Football Talk, Lawrence did not attend the Giants' offseason workouts last week after requesting a trade "amid a push for a new contract."

The 28-year-old defensive tackle requested a trade because he’d like to "rework a contract with two years left on it," but has yet to come to an agreement with New York, Pro Football Talk writes. However, Giants head coach John Harbaugh did say he thinks Lawrence, a three-time Pro Bowler, will remain with the team.

The Enquirer's Bebe Hodges contributed to this report.
