The Boston Globe reports New England Patriots DT Ted Washington already has received preliminary inquiries from the Washington Redskins, according to Washington's agent, Angelo Wright. Wright said he will not come down from the three-year, $8 million deal he proposed to the New England Patriots in November. If Washington is not re-signed, he will become a free agent in March.

She nails Snyder. I doubt they will ever be a consistent winner while he owns the team. His ego will never let him admit that he doesn't know everything there is to know.

I disagree with her assessment that Bobby Beathard is "one of the best GM's in NFL history", however. He had great success in Washington, but he ruined the Chargers. His drafts there were horrible. Trading a first round pick in order to move up and draft Bryan Still? Bad.

Also known as TAMPERING.

Teams lose draft picks because of this. I cant beleive this was reported so matter of factly, although if it involves Vinny Cerrato and the Redskins, I beleive it.
