Summer is here, what are you go to summer recipes?
I like to dive into my heritage with the panelle. I know this is in Italian, but I think it’s still easy to follow along. The recipe is just water, chickpea flour, salt and parsley. You mix it as you warm it until you get the smooth consistency. Then spread it, let it set, slice it up and fry it in oil. You also put the mix into a greased pringles can, then it comes out as a cylinder and you can slice rounds out of it.
