Given that we’re 86 days out from Penn State’s season opener and no current member of the roster rocks the number 86 jersey, we’re digging into the past for today’s portion of the countdown. This far from the first time we’ve honored Courtney Brown on the countdown, having done so back in 2016, 2017, and even last year when we praised his program-best 70 tackles for losses. I guess you can say he is our “comfort food” for when the current roster is lacking a No. 86.
