During Friday's press conference, OM head coach Roberto De Zerbi addressed the situation of Moroccan international Nayef Aguerd.
Having returned injured from the 2025 AFCON, Nayef Aguerd was unavailable this Wednesday for Marseille's clash with Liverpool (0-3). The Moroccan defender is also expected to miss Saturday's Ligue 1 showdown against Lens.
"He trained separately. He took a knock against Senegal in the last AFCON match, so we'll have to see if he'll be available or not," Marseille coach Roberto De Zerbi revealed during Friday's press conference.
