STILLWATER — Oklahoma State is headed to Alabama for the NCAA baseball tournament.

The Cowboys were selected as a No. 2 seed in the Tuscaloosa Regional, hosted by the No. 7-seeded Crimson Tide. The Pokes face South Carolina Upstate at 1 p.m. Friday.

This is the Cowboys’ 13th straight NCAA regional appearance in coach Josh Holliday’s 14th season.

OSU (37-20) reached the semifinals of the Big 12 Tournament, which concluded a strong late-season run that included 16 wins in the last 22 games.
