Justin Pippen was in the transfer portal from Cal. He put up 14.2 points, 3.9 rebounds and 4.6 assists per game this season for the Golden Bears.

Pippen was a top-100 recruit out of Sierra Canyon in the Class of 2024 who first went to Michigan, where he averaged just 6.7 minutes per game.

Ohio State will be hoping the reversal of that allows Pippen to lead the Buckeyes on an NCAA Tournament run of their own.

Ohio State had a number of talented players hit the transfer portal, and they lose all-time leading scorer Bruce Thornton, so Pippen is a key pickup to try and keep the Buckeyes moving in a positive direction.
