Solid pass blocker and acceptable run blocker. The nice thing about him is this sets up going for a rookie RT. Seumalo will help protect the B gap, which is a major concern about any young RT. He’s also agile enough to help with Froholdt’s A gap deficiencies. Nice signing!

Pretty sure he plays LG Harry.

Well, luckily we have Justin Frye back to coach him down. Seriously. How the Hell do we retain an OL coach that seemingly made our running game completely awful with the same players that made the running game so successful the prior two year? Hopefully this guy’s experience will overcome what seems to be horrible coaching.
Same players? How many games did those same players actually play due to injuries?

Yeah, seems like a decent player, but he's now likely past his prime and the injury concerns are real. Don't need more highly paid FA's spending all their time with the training staff.

This is a decent signing. Still need a starting LG/RG (whichever is opposite of Seumalo) and a RT. Brown and Adams/Gaines should be backups. I would be ok with just a solid vet RT being signed incase the Cardinals want to draft a RT in the first two rounds.

PFF rated him the #1 FA guard, #18 overall, and RB T. Allgeier #32 overall on their best FA list. For the Cardinals that’s really good. Usually they sign guys in the triple digit area…

This matters if you care about pff ratings
