NFL teams have basically completed their offseason roster work. Free agency is basically over. The draft has happened. Teams are in their offseason workouts trying to get that roster ready for the season and trying to see who of all those players will make the team.
So how did everyone do in the offseason?
PFF graded all 32 teams for their offseason work. How did the NFC West grade out?
The D for the Niners is harsh. Yes, they did lose a lot of key players this offseason, but it was expected, and they have players they expect to fill those roles.
However, the Seahawks' moves to move on from Geno Smith, Tyler Lockett and DK Metcalf to then replace them with Sam Darnold, Cooper Kupp and Marquez Valdes-Scantling are puzzling. Did they get better? They do have a young defense getting better.
The Cardinals massively upgraded their defense but field their offense is fine and will progress with the talent already on the roster.
The Rams already had a solid roster, moved from Kupp to Davante Adams at receiver and acquired an extra first-round pick in 2026.
