Oba Femi opened Raw with a bang just 24 hours after AEW delivered one of its best pay-per-views in history with AEW Revolution. Raw on 3:16 day opened with a confrontation between Seth Rollins and a haggard Paul Heyman who looked like he just left an AEW media scrum.

Heyman warned Rollins with the Gen Z acronym “FAFO,” which heyman repeated several times until Brock Lesnar’s music hit. The faceoff between Lesnar and Rollins elicited “holy s—t” chants as the former WrestleMania 35 opponents came face-to-face. Lesnar laid waste to Rollins’ hooded figures (or his YH’s), but before he could laid a finger on Seth, Oba Femi’s music hit.

The “Oba” chants were even louder as Oba effortlessly—and shockingly—lifted Brock Lesnar for a sitout powerbomb. “Holy s—t!” remarked Michael Cole. Oba Femi stepped on Lesnar’s chest and pointed to the WrestleMania sign. The much-anticipated Oba vs. Brock match now appears to be a reality.

“What a run for him,” Femi said about Brock Lesnar in an interview with TV Insider (h/t Slamwrestling.net). “He had two separate runs and they’ve both been fantastic. It would be really cool to face him. I know the fans have been asking for that match. It’s going to happen one day soon.”

“He’s been UFC champion, multiple-time WWE champion, a Royal Rumble winner. What a run he has had. What a way to cap it off by facing ‘The Ruler.’”

Lesnar and Femi last came to blows during the 2026 Royal Rumble, where Femi was eliminated by Lesnar. This looming WrestleMania match also poured cold water on yet another faulty Dave Meltzer report, as the newsletter writer noted LA Knight vs. Brock Lesnar was in WWE’s “internal plans” for WrestleMania 42.

Fans on social media are already hyped for the generational meat match, with some noting that Lesnar himself told Oba to put his foot on his chest.
