The Denver Nuggets have a crucial game on Saturday evening as they face off against the Los Angeles Clippers in Game 4 of their first-round matchup.
Denver took Game 1 of the series in an overtime thriller at home behind an incredible performance from Nikola Jokic and Aaron Gordon.
The Clippers bounced back in Game 2 as they won a hard-fought matchup to tie up the series before heading back to Los Angeles.
They then blew out Denver in Game 3 as Los Angeles took a 2-1 series lead. Now, Denver is basically in a must-win situation on Saturday as they look to avoid falling behind 3-1 in the series.

Ahead of Saturday’s pivotal game, the Nuggets made a major announcement regarding two of their key players, Russell Westbrook and Michael Porter Jr.
Denver announced that Westbrook has been ruled out of Game 4 due to left foot inflammation.
Of course, the veteran point guard was limited to only nine minutes in Game 3 after rolling his foot in pregame warmups.
This is a massive blow for the Nuggets as Westbrook has played a key role for them this season, especially in the playoffs.
Despite the disappointing news about Westbrook, the Nuggets did receive positive news regarding Porter Jr.
Denver announced that Porter Jr. is available for Saturday’s game despite dealing with a left shoulder sprain.

Porter Jr. suffered his shoulder injury in Game 2 of the series and he did not look like his usual self in Game 3, finishing with only seven points and six rebounds in 35 minutes.
The Nuggets will desperately need Porter Jr. to play better in Game 4 despite him still dealing with a shoulder injury, but it is a positive sign that he will suit up for the game.
Fans can catch Saturday’s Game 4 matchup between the Nuggets and Clippers at 6:00 p.m. EST on TNT.
