Northeast Wisconsin High School Sports Awards: Meet the spring nominees

The Northeast Wisconsin High School Sports Awards, presented by Piggly Wiggly, is proud to announce player of the year nominees for the spring sports season.

The player of the year winners for each sport will be announced during our live show June 17 at 7 p.m. at the Lambeau Field Atrium in Green Bay. Green Bay Packers safety Evan Williams will be the guest speaker.

The show is produced with the support of Cellcom.

During the live show, these spring nominees will be honored, along with player of the year nominees and winners from the fall and winter sports seasons. The fall nominees have already been announced and can be found here. The winter nominees have also already been announced and can be found here.

The show also will announce the winners of our premier awards, which include boys athlete of the year, girls athlete of the year, boys team of the year, girls team of the year, coach of the year and our Courage Award and Trailblazer Award recipients.

Nominated athletes who RSVP here for the event will receive a free ticket thanks to our sponsors. Additional tickets may be purchased here.

The Northeast Wisconsin High School Sports Awards is part of the USA TODAY High School Sports Awards.

The show will recognize prep athletes, coaches and teams in the Appleton, Fond du Lac, Green Bay, Manitowoc, Marshfield, Oshkosh, Sheboygan, Stevens Point, Wausau and Wisconsin Rapids markets for their achievements during the 2025-26 school year.
