He will be judged by what is around the corner, can he find a franchise QB. Honestly, he does not have to draft one if he can snag Luck or Stafford but Palmer at best has only two more years left. Maybe this year's draft does not have the guy but with the way college football treats the QB position, this is what the pickings are going to look like each proceeding year if we keep winning... if you are going to get a upper end project, then do it while Moore is still coaching and we have a Palmer to mentor him :)

I would trade our entire draft and the next years first rounder to get Andrew Luck. Best trade ever to me. I don't know what SK is going to do over the next couple of years to replace Palmer, but I trust that he will get the job done.

Andrew Luck is becoming or maybe already has become damaged goods behind a perpetually crappy Colt's offensive line. Instead of elevating his game to an elite level he played the worst football of his career last season. If the bad decision making and bad ball placement continue he'll be bottom third again in 2016. He is going from an instant franchise tag to a reconfirmation project.

The Cardinals are a winning team (at least I expect them to continue with a QB of the level of Palmer as long as Arians and Keim are directing this team) and we are not going to get a top ten pick in the near future but this is what is golden, we have the coaching staff and starting QB and even backup QB to take the right project and make him something special... we have the resources to take a 3rd round QB and make him into a franchise QB if we choose right and do it now while all the nurturing pieces are in place

Seattle's OL was worse than the Colts last year. Far worse.
