The Los Angeles Rams know they have a stud interior defensive lineman in Kobie Turner. He has 24 sacks and 43 quarterback hits since the Rams took him in the third round of the 2023 NFL draft.

But more than that, Turner excels at getting to the quarterback despite having to fight through more offensive linemen. Since 2023, Turner has the most quarterback pressures after facing a double team with 64, according to senior NFL researcher Tony Holzman-Escareno. This includes the playoffs.

The next closest player is the Dallas Cowboys' Osa Odighizuwa, who has 50.

Most QB pressures after facing a double team since 2023 (including playoffs), per @NextGenStats:

1. Kobie Turner - 64 (LAR)
2. Osa Odighizuwa - 50 (DAL)
3. Quinnen Williams - 48 (DAL)
4. Jarren Reed - 41 (SEA)
5. Leonard Williams - 39 (SEA)#Seahawks X #RamsHouse

It's impossible to replace a player as good as Aaron Donald was, but Turner is pretty close. He simply cannot be stopped at the line scrimmage, no matter how many blockers an opposing team throws at him.

While he hasn't registered any sacks in the playoffs yet, Turner's presence alone creates chaos for the opposition. And that pressure — from Turner or the rest of the defensive front — affects everything else on defense.

Now, Turner gets to face a Seattle Seahawks team in the NFC title game that he dominated five weeks ago. Back in Week 16, Turner finished with 1.5 sacks and one interception. While the Rams didn't come out with the win, he played a role in keeping the Rams ahead for most of the game until the Seahawks' wild comeback in the fourth quarter.

He'll look for revenge in the conference title game now with a spot in the Super Bowl on the line.
