The NFL has delivered a hefty ban to one YouTube prankster who apparently took things a little too far during the 2026 NFL Draft, rushing the stage to announce a fake Pittsburgh Steelers pick in viral fashion.

According to Jenna Lemoncelli of the New York Post, the National Football League indefinitely banned popular YouTuber Fred Beyer for rushing the stage at the 2026 NFL Draft to announce the Steelers' fake 67th overall pick of "Luke Maxer."

Beyer's actions at the draft quickly went viral on social media, with footage of the incident being made available courtesy of MLFootball.
