While some teams turned over their front offices earlier this offseason, others waited until after the 2026 NFL draft to do so, including the Minnesota Vikings, who fired Kwesi Adofo-Mensah back in January.
The Vikings are beginning their search for Adofo-Mensah's replacement, and they've reportedly asked the San Francisco 49ers for permission to interview assistant general manager RJ Gillen for the job.
