We are clearly better than the Raiders who have a terrible roster and a long history of firing coaches. The only thing the Raiders have going for them is the #1 pick. If they didn't have that it wouldn't even be close.

If you can't see that then I'd have a think about why.

LaFleur is my 1st choice.
Kubiak 2nd.
As far as our division, Sea, LA and SF are all good teams but they aren’t great teams. AZ has enough talent to compete. Just need some competent coaching and a solid young QB. Fix it Bidwill!

Again - I have never been part of the darkside before but WTH are we doing?

What has Kubiak done to deserve a HC gig?
If you have an answer - please tell me why he is still available with a record 10 openings and he is now down to the two worst openings.

Same thing with LaFleur.

Don't even get me started on VJ or Raheem Morris.

What a joke.

Kubiak kept Darnold from going full Darnold and got them to the Super Bowl. He deserves coach of the year.

Shouldn't someone update the coaches that you can vote for?
On the other hand, I'm ok calling our next HC, coach Someone Else....or maybe just coach Else

Every team in the NFC North finished with a winning record, friend.

Weird take.
Feel free to look up the division from the year before and analyze if the division has gotten better, worse or the same. It's not difficult.

You know, everyone is citing accurately that a QB in the draft with minimal starts has a less likely chance of succeeding than one with more experience, yet everyone seems to be proactive on a young OC with no prior experience to be a head coach for a franchise that is a difficult task to say the least to get on track. Hard enough if a coach had to set this up to succeed on the base level but the Cards seem to be in the negative. Yeah, Ron Rivera was mediocre with the Redskins, but he was great with the Panthers. Yeah, I am thinking about the daunting challenge ahead, we need at least a coach at the base level with some experience as a head coach and having a wack owner
