Having been involved in many hiring committees over the years at my current job, I've found that the best way to screw them up is to zero in on one candidate early on in the process. Because if that candidate decides to turn you down, THEN there's no plan in place for what to do next. So I am actually encouraged to hear that the Cardinals have taken the time to interview a wide variety of candidates, even if not all of them are guys I'd be thrilled for them to hire.

And get input from different view points

Could learn something from each person to ways to improve going forward

Maybe MLF is actually 2nd choice...and they are waiting to see what happens with Webb, because a Vance/Webb combo is 1st choice.

Don't expect LaFleur too strongly because you just might end up with White Goodman instead. That dude absolutely botched the 2003 ADAA Championship match, would be a terrible hire.

Ossenfort didn't bungle the QB situtation.

That is all on Michael Bidwill and Keim.

Part of Ossenfort’s job was to optimize the QB he knew about when he joined to org.

He ended up driving his value into the gutter.

Exactly what happened with DHop.
