This is funny to look back on and read. I threw around so many weird call options and stuff playing the game and learning on the way. Some were really painful but I think in the overall I came out ahead and know a lot more about what I'm doing. My trading strategy became much much more about what it should have been after I got the gambling out of my system.

We're looking at some there right now actually and see a very helpful tool on Zillow. They have a line chart showing previous prices. Always you to gauge with your eyes and charts. My cup of tea. . We went parabolic after COVID. So I'm definitely keeping an eye on those pre 2020 levels. That will likely be our price point after the air is released from this bubble. GF and I are looking at up north as well.
