Nebraska will host an elite defensive back on campus, as class of 2027 four-star cornerback Duvay Williams will be back in Lincoln at the end of the month. This was reported by Rivals.com’s Tim Verghese.

Williams is the 35th overall player nationally, the fourth overall corner in the 2027 class, and the fourth overall player in his class from the state of California, per the Rivals Industry Rankings.

He has been to Lincoln before, having been on campus for the Battle of the Boneyard event in June. The corner also spent time on campus in September for the game against the Michigan Wolverines.

This is certainly a recruitment to monitor, as the program looks to continue adding elite talent to the secondary. Williams would be another strong addition to the 2027 class, which ranks sixth overall in the country, according to the Rivals Industry Rankings.

Williams will visit campus from January 31st to February 1st for the Junior Day recruiting weekend.
