The 2026 NCHSAA baseball playoffs have reached regional finals.

Winners advance to state championships, but first they'll have to win two out of three-game regional series to determine who will play for the title.

Regionals begin Tuesday, May 19, with higher-seeded teams hosting in the East and West.
