Great move by Rams. Garrett obviously wanted out of Cleveland after his DC left the building.

This makes the Rams NFC favorites if they weren't already (if Stafford stays healthy).

Not at all…. I’m just wary in general of players on the wrong side of 30. With known injury history don’t care how good they are and he’s the best guy on the defense in pretty much all of football. I’m more curious how the salary Cap implications shake out because unless I’m mistaken, Garrett is under a huge contract. Don’t trades typically accelerate to the team trading the asset away?

Da salary cap is something fans should never concern themselves with.

Is the team getting better or worse? That’s all I care about and so far we have gotten worse this off season. Are we closer to a Super Bowl?

We have been in perpetual rebuild way below the salary cap by the way.

Yea and Garrett is kinda oldish already over 30 and known foot issues. I know he’s good but…..

@DVontel already said it. Verse is one of the most overrated players in the league. Nice player, but will never be in the same stratosphere as Garrett.

we sucked last year and canned gannon - all while the 3 teams in our division were the best in the nfc west
