A three-star defensive lineman from the east coast has locked in an official visit to Michigan State for late May.
Marvin Nguetsop of Oakdale, Conn. announced this weekend that he has scheduled an official visit to Michigan State for late May. Nguetsop is one of many in recent days to announce their upcoming official visit to Michigan State, with his visit scheduled for May 29.
Nguetsop is a three-star defensive lineman in the 2027 class, with a recruiting rating of 87.50 in 247Sports' composite rating system. He ranks as the No. 59 defensive lineman and No. 2 player from Connecticut in the 2027 class. He is also listed as the No. 549 overall prospect in the class.
Michigan State is one of a few big-time programs to recently extend him an offer this month. According to 247Sports, he's up to more than 20 offers, from the likes of Michigan State, Tennessee, Kentucky, UCLA, Georgia, Ole Miss, Texas, Boston College, California, Florida, Florida State, Michigan, Kansas State, Nebraska, Penn State, South Carolina, Texas A&M and Virginia Tech.
