The Motor City Machine Guns (Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin) made a surprise appearance on the March 25th episode of WWE NXT.
Hank and Tank (Hank Walker and Tank Ledger) were walking backstage ahead of their match on Tuesday’s episode of WWE NXT. They bumped into the Motor City Machine Guns. The former WWE Tag Team Champions gave the duo a brief pep talk.
Hank and Tank then spoke with the Motor City Machine Guns backstage after their match. Sabin said that he thought they would be champions in the future, but everyone had a different process. Shelley highlighted their journey to WWE, and Sabin encouraged them not to give up. Hank and Tank told them they would see them down the line.
NXT Tag Team Champion Nathan Frazer responded to a clip of the veterans’ appearance and wrote, “Oh don’t tease me.”
Hank and Tank previously spoke with TNA World Tag Team Champions The Hardys (Matt and Jeff Hardy) on the March 4th episode of WWE NXT.
