Monroe County Region teams find starting point for state tournaments

The stage is set.

Baseball, softball and girls soccer teams in Michigan now know where they will begin their state tournament journeys.

The first action for Monroe County Region teams comes on the soccer pitch. District quarterfinal games will begin on Wednesday, May 20.

District quarterfinals for baseball and softball will be held on Tuesday, May 26.

Region teams were sent to six districts for baseball and five each for softball and soccer.
