To be fair, I think the entire case should be stated. Milton Bradley argues EVERY time he is called out on strikes looking. He glares, berates, and shouts every friggin' time. Winters has undoubtedly been on the recieving end of more than one of Milton's whining tirades. So has the rest of his crew.
Fast forward to the game in question: Milton does it again and Winters has had enough. He says something. Professional or not, you can only take so much.
Meacham himself (the 1st base coach who was standing there) has publicly come out and said Winters really didn't say anything, he said Winters made one comment and that was it.
Bradley got what he deserved. Winters got thrown under the bus IMHO.
