New England Patriots coach Mike Vrabel reportedly reached out to a couple of legendary coaches ahead of the Patriots' Super Bowl LX matchup against the Seattle Seahawks.

According to The Athletic's Dianna Russini, Vrabel spoke with former Patriots coach Bill Belichick and Kansas City Chiefs coach Andy Reid ahead of the big game on Sunday.

Russini wrote:

"While Belichick didn’t get football’s ultimate honor, he is helping the 2025 Coach of the Year. New England’s Vrabel reached out to Belichick and fellow Super Bowl-winning coach Andy Reid, tapping into their experience as he gets ready for the big game. Vrabel, of course, has been to the Super Bowl four times as a player, but never as a head coach."

Both coaches are no strangers to Super Bowls.

Belichick, a six-time Super Bowl champion, has the record for most Super Bowl appearances with 12—nine with the Patriots and three as an assistant coach. Meanwhile, Reid is a three-time Super Bowl champion with six appearances as a head coach.

When it comes to advice for a big game, it doesn't get much better than speaking with two of the greatest ever to do it.
