Cool. Former college QB, but couldn't make it in the pros. Did a really nice job with Kyle Orton and Tim Tebow. OC and QB coach. Will do a nice job developing a QB and buiding a system best suited to his skill set.

Exactly, interviewing HCs now makes no sense whatsoever unless there is a GM. Maybe one will be announced at 3:30
