Michigan women's basketball opens season at No. 25 in preseason AP Poll

Coming off its best season in program history which ended in an Elite Eight loss to Louisville, the Michigan women's basketball team opens the 2022-23 season ranked 25th in the preseason AP Poll. For the fourth straight season, Michigan is ranked in the @AP_Top25 preseason poll. Despite losing Naz Hillmon, Michigan retains its four leading scorers after the All-American.
