The Miami Dolphins are letting kicker Jason Sanders and fullback Alec Ingold go in salary cap moves, a league source confirmed.

Sanders was one of the best kickers in the NFL before sustaining an injury and missing all of last season.

The release of Sanders will save $3.91 million against the cap.

Riley Patterson did an excellent job replacing Sanders in 2025 and is a free agent again this offseason.

Ingold played 66 games for the Dolphins, was a Pro Bowler and a team leader.

The move will save $3 million against the salary cap.
