Meet the Americans in the 2026 Augusta National Women's Amateur field

The strongest field in women's amateur golf is prepared to make its way down Magnolia Lane.

The seventh Augusta National Women's Amateur tees off Wednesday with 48 of the top 50 players in the women's World Amateur Golf Ranking dreaming of hoisting the trophy on the 18th green. Included in the field are two returning champions, the world No. 1 coming in off a collegiate victory last week and 35 newcomers hoping to make a statement.

The field of 72 — featuring 33 Americans and 39 Internationals — will play two rounds of stroke play at nearby Champions Retreat Golf Club on Wednesday, April 1, and Thursday, April 2, with the top-30 players and ties advancing to the final round on Saturday, April 4. The entire field will play Augusta National for a practice round on Friday, April 3.
