Nothing goes together quite like bananas and ice cream! Fans excited for Knoxville's Savannah Bananas games can enjoy generous helpings of both ahead of time when Savannah Bananas players visit a Dairy Queen in Maryville on May 20.
Select Savannah Bananas players will be at the restaurant at 1724 W Broadway Ave., Maryville, 6-8 p.m. that Wednesday for a meet-and-greet.
Fans can get autographs and photos with the Bananas, and try DQ's new Savannah Bananas Split Shake, "inspired by the team’s legendary flair and available for a limited time at participating DQ locations nationwide," according to a news release.
The Savannah Bananas will play two games in Knoxville as part of their "Banana Ball World Tour," the first on May 21 at Covenant Health Park and then again on May 23 at Neyland Stadium.
