Remember that Mark Williams trade that was going to send the center from the Charlotte Hornets to the Los Angeles Lakers? And how the trade was rescinded due to some stuff the Lakers didn't like from his physical?

Yeah, that whole thing was ugly.

The Lakers' season came to a close on Wednesday night at the hands of the Minnesota Timberwolves in Game 5 of their playoff series, and Williams decided to weigh in on social media. It was all of ... one smiley emoji posted on X (formerly Twitter).

Does that mean he's happy he didn't get dealt to the Lakers after all? Could be.
