Abdul-Malik (9-0-1 MMA, 3-0-1 UFC) brings his undefeated record to Seattle following a first-round submission win over Antonio Trocoli at UFC 323 in December. The standout 2024 Dana White Contender Series veteran has finished all but one opponent, Cody Brundage. That fight was initially ruled a win, but was later overturned to a draw due to an incomplete round after a clash of heads.

Belgaroui (9-3 MMA, 1-0 UFC) is a former GLORY kickboxing title challenger who won his UFC debut in October by stopping Azamat Bekoev in the third round. Belgaroui appeared on DWCS twice, losing a decision in his first appearance but winning by stoppage in the final round on his second appearance. He wasn't awarded a contract after that win, but was later signed and made a successful first impression.
