Malware

My wifes laptop has some malware program that has shut down her McAffee and Microsoft security. Additionally there are approx 78 apps running simultaneously.. Will spybot detect whatever it is and allow me to delete it? what malware programs do you suggest to install

She has a dell laptop running windows 8..

Or is there a place here in Glendale that she can take it to to get it cleaned??+

Personally, I use a little utility called rkill that I get from bleepingcomputer.com to stop any bad processes and then I use either/or/or both SuperAntiSpyware and MalwareBytes to clean it.
