Nov. 14—RED LAKE FALLS — The Bemidji High School girls hockey team got out to a quick start against Thief River Falls on Thursday.

Bailey Rupp had a natural hat trick and Megan Berg scored two more in a 6-1 win over the Powlers on Thursday night at Cardin-Hunt Arena in Red Lake Falls.

Naomi Johnson scored the sixth and final goal for BHS. Taylor Bjerka and Millie Knott had two assists apiece.

Lily Lauer stopped 11 of the 12 shots she faced in goal. McKenna Carr made 44 saves for TRF.
