LSU men’s basketball has just announced their schedule for the 2026-27 season. The Tigers will play three exhibition games and 32 regular season games in Will Wade’s first season back. LSU has finalized most of their opponents and dates. The dates that aren’t finalized are mid-week conference games, and the opponents that aren’t finalized are those that the Tigers will face at the Acrisure Series in late November. Times will be finalized later.
LSU will take full advantage of a new NCAA rule that allows D1 teams to play up to three exhibition games against other D1 teams. LSU’s non-conference schedule includes home games against 2026 NCAA tournament teams Queens, Hofstra and High Point as well as road games against Gonzaga and Houston. LSU opens their regular season on November 3 when they host LSU New Orleans, and they open conference play January 2 at home against South Carolina. The full schedule is posted below.
