Mustang High School quarterback Kason Delgado announced his commitment to Louisiana Monroe football on Wednesday.
The junior chose the Warhawks after receiving nearly a dozen offers from several Division I programs.
Delgado is ranked No. 25 on The Oklahoman's initial Super 30 rankings of the state's top college football recruits in the 2027 recruiting class.
The 6-foot-2, 200-pound quarterback also held offers from the likes of Colorado State, Gardner-Webb, Georgia State, Rhode Island, Southern Miss, North Dakota State, Towson and Hawaii, among others.
Delgado spent his junior year at Muskogee before transferring to Mustang in the spring. He completed 66% of his throws for 2,239 yards and 28 touchdowns for the Roughers in 2025 while leading the team to the Class 6A-II state quarterfinals.
He also played at Tulsa Union as a freshman and Edmond Santa Fe as a sophomore.
