With the 2026 NBA Eastern Conference Playoffs and the 2026 NBA Draft Combine behind us and the 2026 NBA Draft not far off, attention is turning to the players that the Boston Celtics may take with their Nos. 27 and 40 overall picks. Will the Celtics use the picks straight up, or trade up, back, or even out of the draft?

And what sort of players might they take with them? It is no secret that Boston needs to bolster its big man depth heading into the 2026-27 NBA regular season, but they could also use some additional depth in their backcourt. And if the talent or upside were high enough, is there a case to take yet another wing to add to the growing ranks already on the team? The hosts of "Havlicek Stole the Pod" took some time to talk all of this over with Game Theory and Motor City Hoops analyst Bryce Simon.

We also get into a lot of offseason stuff more generally in the East, and even touch on our favorite way to have a cuppa joe, so be sure to tune in.
