No, it's becaue he's played more games than anyone else and thrown more passes than anyone else. He's thrown 1,200 more passes than Marino and 2,000 more than Elway! Duh, he's going to have more INT's.

His career 3.3% interception is right there with all the other HOF'ers. Aikman - 3.0%, Elway, 3.1% Marino - 3.0% Moon - 3.4% Kelly - 3.7% Staubach - 3.7% Fouts - 4.3% Starr - 4.4% Unitas - 4.9% Bradshaw 5.4%.
